Coaching focuses on moving forward and taking concrete action that creates positive changes in your life. Coaching encourages you to act positively now, unlike therapy, which typically focuses on the past or your current thoughts. I also use various tools to speak and understand the body's language, which the mind cannot often comprehend.

My approach is an evidence-based, science-backed approach that has a very high success rate of recovery. My approach stands out from the rest in that I guide my clients to become ready to dive into a new life with a new identity through subconscious and behavioral approaches. Such transitional support is often completely overlooked in recovery. Many come to me after failing from the "traditional" approaches to recovery. You will find that my approach offers a fresh, empowering perspective on recovery. I focus on eliminating binge urges by focusing on improving your day-to-day habits and routine. 

Guided meditation/hypnosis is a focused state of awareness where the body is fully relaxed, but “the mind is awake.” This state allows you to access your subconscious, where the positive change and transformation you desire for yourself can take place. It is extremely efficient and backed by science in many areas of life improvement. I have specifically designed all the hypnotic journeys in this course to have the desired outcome for you, so you may achieve your goal in the most efficient manner.

No one's recovery is the same. Majority of our clients experience the significant change as fast as in 3-4 weeks for the binge urges to disappear and a further 3-6 months to rebuild your confidence around food. Many people in my program feel fully recovered around the 12–18-month mark. Some take shorter, and some take longer. 

To tell you the truth, I was eager to become a recovery elite trying to heal faster. My ego learned it's not about the speed with which you recover, it's quality, so you won't have to repeat. Recovery is all about rebuilding trust with your body. When it happens, that's the best timing for YOU which only you know. And the only requirement for this? Faith - until you start to feel the certainty when it's not evident. 

There's no right or wrong way to recover. I'm proud to navigate the journey in the most effective way out in the market, along with various emotional support systems.

Our program requires a minimum commitment of three months. This is to ensure a high success rate and maintain the quality and effectiveness of our offerings. After fulfilling the initial three-month commitment, you may request to refund. However, this is contingent upon demonstrating genuine effort in implementing the strategies provided in our program. To process your refund, you must provide documented proof that you have diligently completed 100% of the weekly workbooks provided during the coaching, and have not observed any positive impact. Absolutely. We protect your privacy outside of the program. I understand the fear. I FELT NAKED IN PUBLIC when I confessed to a friend that I was recovering from an eating disorder. My recovery peer system is very secure and professionally moderated, where you can feel safe and free to explore together what's possible.

Your fear is entirely valid. It is a normal process to go through some initial weight fluctuations. As your body self-regulates and metabolism heal, you will gradually shed excess weight and settle into the most functional, biologically, ancestrally, and activity-wise appropriate, healthy weight, often making you look beautiful and radiant. (After all, what's the beauty is for if that makes us sick?)

This is not for you if you want to quit binge eating for good, but you cannot make it a priority and try what you’ve learned or 
you’re not medically stable and need intense medical treatment or you still like to live in denial and you’ve been pushed into a recovery program by somebody else or if your BMI is under 18.5 and you’re diagnosed with anorexia.
